NiMA - NIFTY MAGIC ANALYSER is a digital analytics and educational platform for NIFTY market interpretation. It is not an investment adviser, research analyst, broker, portfolio manager, or order-execution platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or using NiMA, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, and applicable platform rules.

Educational Use Only

NiMA provides market data visualisation, option-chain analytics, support and resistance context, OI Flow, market-structure readings, AI model context, and related educational information. These outputs are for learning and interpretation only.

NiMA does not give buy, sell, hold, entry, exit, stop-loss, target, or portfolio-allocation advice.
Users are solely responsible for their own trading and investment decisions.
Market movement involves risk, and no dashboard reading can guarantee future price behaviour.

Subscriptions and Access

Paid plans provide access for the selected validity period shown at checkout. Trial access, if offered, is temporary and may be limited. Admin accounts are not part of the paid subscription cycle.

Access may be paused, restricted, or terminated for non-payment, expired subscription, misuse, suspicious activity, violation of these terms, security risk, or legal requirement.

Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay or another supported payment provider. NiMA does not store full card, UPI, bank, or wallet credentials. Subscription access is activated only after successful payment verification.

Data Availability and Accuracy

NiMA depends on market-data APIs, internet connectivity, exchange schedules, broker/data-provider availability, server infrastructure, and browser/device performance. Data may be delayed, stale, incomplete, incorrect, or temporarily unavailable.

NiMA may not operate on market holidays or during provider outages. Users should independently verify important market information before acting.

User Responsibilities

Keep your login credentials secure and do not share your account.
Use NiMA only for lawful personal or authorised business purposes.
Do not attempt to scrape, overload, reverse engineer, attack, or bypass access controls.
Do not use NiMA outputs as guaranteed trading signals.

Intellectual Property

NiMA branding, dashboard design, analytics presentation, videos, text, software, and related materials belong to NiMA or its licensors. Users receive a limited, non-transferable right to access the service during their valid subscription.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NiMA is not liable for trading losses, opportunity losses, business interruption, data delay, service outage, payment-provider issues, or decisions made using the platform.

Changes to Service or Terms

NiMA may update features, pricing, plan validity, policies, or these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
